Kelter
Your servers and your agents on the iPad and iPhone. A terminal that tells you when an agent needs you.
Kelter is an SSH terminal for iPhone and iPad, built for people who run AI coding agents — Claude Code and its kin — on their own servers. Every tab is a tmux session on the server. Close the app, lose the network, come back tomorrow: the tab reattaches to the same shell, with the same program still running in it. Nothing runs on the phone but the terminal.
Switch Agent pings on for a server and its sessions become contacts. When the agent finishes, asks a question or wants permission to run a command, the phone gets a notification from that session — its name and its words, up to 600 characters. Press and hold it: Reply, Yes, No — from the lock screen. The answer is typed into the agent's session over SSH. Siri reads a ping on AirPods and in the car; “Reply to my agent in Kelter” works by voice.
The terminal goes directly from the device to your server. A ping travels from your server through Kelter's relay to Apple's push service; the relay stores nothing. Your replies never touch it. No account, no analytics. Credentials live in the device Keychain, behind Face ID if you choose.

Kelter ist ein SSH-Terminal für iPhone und iPad, gemacht für Leute, die KI-Agenten — Claude Code und Verwandte — auf ihren eigenen Servern laufen lassen. Jeder Tab ist eine tmux-Sitzung auf dem Server. App schließen, Netz verlieren, morgen wiederkommen: Der Tab hängt sich wieder an dieselbe Shell, in der dasselbe Programm noch läuft. Auf dem Telefon läuft nichts außer dem Terminal.
Schalte Agent pings für einen Server ein, und seine Sitzungen werden zu Kontakten. Wenn der Agent fertig ist, eine Frage stellt oder einen Befehl ausführen will, bekommt das Telefon eine Mitteilung von dieser Sitzung — ihr Name und seine Worte, bis zu 600 Zeichen. Gedrückt halten: Antworten, Ja, Nein — vom Sperrbildschirm aus. Die Antwort wird über SSH in die Sitzung des Agenten getippt. Siri liest einen Ping auf AirPods und im Auto vor; „Reply to my agent in Kelter“ geht per Stimme. (Die App und die Siri-Sätze sind heute englisch.)
Das Terminal geht direkt vom Gerät zu deinem Server. Ein Ping geht von deinem Server über Kelters Relay an Apples Push-Dienst; das Relay speichert nichts. Deine Antworten berühren es nie. Kein Konto, keine Analyse. Zugangsdaten liegen im Schlüsselbund des Geräts, auf Wunsch hinter Face ID.
